EPIC Expands

EPIC Management, LP has expanded along with the demand for health care service and innovation over the last few years. Now with over 1,100 employees, EPIC leased a new building next to the corporate office on Enterprise Drive in Redlands. 70 employees in the Patient Financial Services Department moved into the new building on February 22, 2008.
Kathy Kirk, the Director of Patient Financial Services (PFS) said, “The wait to move into a new location that would house all of the PFS staff in one physical location was well worth it! It is so nice having all of the staff under one roof. We have already seen a greater level of efficiency and our communication between all staff has increased tremendously. The choices of color, carpet, workstations, layout and furniture are wonderful. Everyone is enjoying all aspects of our new space. A big thank you to all of the officers and Board of Directors of EPIC for furnishing us with such a great work environment.”
In addition, the corporate office is undergoing renovation. Part of the renovation has been completed, and the Information Technology employees that support hardware and software systems for EPIC Management, Beaver Medical Group and Pinnacle Medical Group have moved into their new area. Curt Forbes, the Director of Network Support said, “It’s a thrilling place, spacious, modern, and even has a 42" TV screen to monitor our network facilities. We greatly appreciate all the effort EPIC management did to make our new home so nice.”
